One of the functions of the H&RC M Office is the provision of accommodation and residence in the JINR housing stock for the Institute's employees.
Services provided by H&RC M Office to tenants of residential premises:
- preparation and maintenance of agreements for rental of residential premises; monitoring of the compliance with the terms thereof by tenants;
- registration of Russian and foreign citizens in residential premises, provision of statements of residence duration and registration, certificates on family membership, extracts from the housing registration book and personal bank account;
- calculation and collection of rental payment in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement in the manner prescribed by Provision on JINR Housing Facilities and other regulatory acts of the Institute;
- maintenance of furniture, plumbing and electrical equipment in residential premises of the housing stock;
- rental of furniture, household appliances, bedding and other equipment to tenants of residential premises;
- cooperation and coordination with management companies handling the apartments in the JINR housing stock.
